When I left work, I wasn't feeling well so I decided to skip working out tonight. Instead I came home and took Zoey for a walk and made some veggies for dinner (I forgot to take a picture - forgive me, I'm new to this blogging thing.) :) I had corn on the cob, sauteed yellow squash, and sliced yellow tomatoes.
My name is April and I am 29 years old. I will turn 30 in December - this is my journey to lose 15 lbs by my 30th birthday through healthier eating and exercise.
